The International Multidisciplinary PhD Meeting on the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Revolution: Challenges, Prospects, and Ethical Aspects is a conference organized by El Oued University's Faculty of Law and Political Science in Algeria. This conference aims to bring together scholars, researchers, and professionals in the fields of law and political science to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on various aspects of society.

The conference will feature a series of research workshops that delve into the intersection of AI and scientific research. The main workshop, "Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Research," will provide a comprehensive overview of the role of AI in advancing scientific knowledge and addressing research challenges in the field of law and political science. Additionally, there will be workshops focusing on specific topics such as technology and achieving transparency, digitization and investment, responsibility and AI, new international challenges, and the participatory approach in local authorities.

In addition to the research workshops, the conference will offer practical workshops that provide hands-on training and guidance in various areas. These workshops include methodologies for commenting on judicial decisions and analyzing legal texts, scientific research on the web, and the utilization of quantitative approaches in scientific research.

By bringing together experts from different disciplines, the conference aims to foster a multidisciplinary dialogue on the challenges and prospects of the AI revolution. Attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, present their research findings, and discuss ethical considerations related to AI implementation.

The 2^nd Edition of this conference will take place from December 11th to 13th, 2023. It provides an excellent platform for scholars and practitioners interested in the intersection of law, political science, and artificial intelligence to explore innovative approaches and collaborate on potential solutions for the challenges that lie ahead.

الملتقى الدولي للدكتوراه متعدد التخصصات حول ثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي: التحديات والآفاق والجوانب الأخلاقية هو مؤتمر تنظمه كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة الوادي في الجزائر. يهدف هذا الملتقى إلى الجمع بين العلماء والباحثين والمهنيين في مجالات القانون والعلوم السياسية لاستكشاف تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على مختلف جوانب المجتمع.

سيضم المؤتمر سلسلة من ورشات العمل البحثية التي تتعمق في تقاطع الذكاء الاصطناعي والبحث العلمي. حيث ستقدم ورشة العمل الرئيسية، «الذكاء الاصطناعي والبحث العلمي»، لمحة عامة شاملة عن دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير المعرفة العلمية ومعالجة تحديات البحث في مجال القانون والعلوم السياسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتضمن الملتقى ورشات أخرى تركز على مواضيع محددة مثل التكنولوجيا وتحقيق الشفافية والرقمنة والاستثمار والمسؤولية والذكاء الاصطناعي والتحديات الدولية الجديدة والنهج التشاركي في السلطات المحلية.

وبالإضافة إلى الورشات البحثية، سيقدم المؤتمر ورشات عملية توفر التدريب والتوجيه العمليين في مختلف المجالات. وتشمل منهجيات التعليق على القرارات القضائية وتحليل النصوص القانونية، والبحث العلمي على شبكة الإنترنت، واستخدام الدراسات الكمية في البحث العلمي.

من خلال الجمع بين خبراء من مختلف التخصصات، يهدف المؤتمر إلى تعزيز حوار متعدد التخصصات حول تحديات وآفاق ثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي. حيث ستتاح للحضور الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار وتقديم نتائج أبحاثهم ومناقشة الاعتبارات الأخلاقية المتعلقة بتنفيذ الذكاء الاصطناعي.

ستعقد الطبعة الثانية من هذا الملتقى في الفترة من 11 إلى 13 ديسمبر 2023. وهو يوفر منصة ممتازة للباحثين والممارسين المهتمين بتقاطع القانون والعلوم السياسية والذكاء الاصطناعي لاستكشاف مناهج مبتكرة والتعاون في الحلول المحتملة للتحديات التي تنتظرنا.
